Refund policy

Refunds and exchanges are not accepted. Our jewelleries are carefully handpicked and chosen to ensure quality. Especially with our customised jewellery we are unable to accept refunds as these are bespoke for the buyer on order and cannot be resold. Therefore please inform us of your specifications including size of the ring and 2 initials if ordering THE CLASSIC Ring. Items will only be replaced if damaged on receiving.
